. Keeping the family happy is always good for trading since it will keep your stress level lower. Also 12-2am est are nice trade times. that lead to the major trades at 3am-4am est (London Open). Also note that although I do not trade these any more.. you can always do trend line breaks and use the pattern to give you a sense of direction.
