LTX:GMT is 1 hour behind BST so 7 am BST will be 6am GMT(this is in the summer). In winter, GMT = BST
flatsix:to learn James's system pls go through "between 40-100 pips per day" thread...that details the system in detail...im not sure which page you will see it ...you might need to skim thru the whole thread...but its worth it mate:-)
