Metatrader 4 help
Alright. This is my first post, and boy do I feel like a big dummy.
I've been doing the demo account through Oanda for a few weeks now, but I'd really like to start using MT. When I install it, I get only a few quotes for currency pairs that I don't use on the navigator screen, (I want EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDCHF) and the windows that come up all say 'WAITING FOR UPDATE'. Needless to say, the update never comes.
I've scoured the internet, and it looks like this is a connectivity/ server issue. I am running McAfee firewall, and I've tried downloading and installing with the firewall disabled to no avail.
Has anybody else had this problem? How can I fix it and get the quotes I want on there? Everyone here seems pretty kind, and I know I'm an easy target with these questions, but I'd really like some help!
