So, I'm talking about a printed version of the pdf. The pdf covers the school only.

And, it would NOT work like this:

1) Buy PDf
2) Buy lulu-printed book

It would be an either-or proposition (for me, anyway). If I bought the pdf it would be for printing (the "ad" for the pdf even suggests to buy it for printing). What I'm suggesting is to extend that pdf-to-print option for people who don't have an effective way of printing it themselves.

I can print it at work and then take it to Kinko's to have it bound, but I would prefer to just buy it already bound up in a softcover type format ("perfect bound" as lulu calls it). If I take it to Kinko's, I would just use a coil binding as their other binding choices are not cheap.

An 8.5"x11" B&W 100 page perfect bound book has a base cost of $6.53. They could charge the same price for the book as the PDF (or less or more, of course) as another option.
