I have been using their trading platform ( Demo account) for last three months. I have no problem so far but occationally it takes long time to react.
I have made up my mind to open a real account with them though I have read many complaints about them (viz. forexbastards). As I have learnt to avoid the news' times I do not expect much trouble.
