Yes I too went in to chat online (at EFX) and the guy said "We're above the threshold" but that really doesn't assure me at all. Seriously, I am considering waiting until the new year before I open an account! It feels as if the best thing to do is wait until after 12/21/07 to see who is surviving. But then again, what will NFA exactly do on 12/21/07?? Automatically shut down those who are undercapitalized just like that?
