I have had no dealings with them, only drawback I can
see is they are Swiss.

When I googled OAR-G it shows a site which is combatting
money laundering.
This is different to the FSA in the UK & the NFA in the States, in
that these are regulating bodies for all of the various scam schemes
which can be set up.
You pays ya money ya takes ya chance, but.....
