Well, I don't know this broker or the guy running it, but I checked out your link. The first post made me doubt the whole "top notch professional" idea:

So, this guy wants you to open a live account, then
give him your username and password so that he can trade your money!?
I don't think so.
On top of that, he's not located in the U.S. (as you said), which means he's not regulated and his "money back guarantee" isn't worth the bandwidth taken up by his post.
Of course, I'm sure he'll get a lot of takers. But, for me, I'd never give someone access to my live account, especially someone whom I only know from posts in a forum!
