Here's an indicator that does it. Just unzip and copy thie indicator to your indicator folder in metatrader
"C:\Program Files\Interbank FX Trader 4\experts\indicators", then restart it. Your location will be different accroding to your broker but the main path is the same. You can then drag and drop or add the indicator to your charts. Below is the thread that I got it from. You'll have to create an account first.
