I started trading live a couple of weeks ago, and everything is going great. I took a trade today and for some reason I couldn't close my trade. So I quickly got on the MBtrading website on the live chat, and communicated my problem. The guy was extremely helpful, and with the "at your service" thing the efx platform has on the help menu the guy actually took control of my computer remotely (after I gave him permission of course) and he fixed the problem. Not only did I end up with + 150 pips in just one hour (crazy trade that I will never be stupid to try again) but also reassured that I have a broker that is there the second I need them. It was the coolest thing, seeing the mouse move across the screen while this guy (who knows where) fixed all my problems. I'm a happy camper and wanted to let people know my broker experience.
