Well Personally i have no experience on live with either of them but one of my very good friend is using Efx group & he is very happy with them , as he have no problem with them but i just use their demo & i feel boring & very complex platform. I Have just read some very good comment's about Efx & Mbt trading on different form's but this is also true that they respond to any of your question very quick i think try again with their customer support maybe in 2nd attempt you may find your answer... On the other hand I think ''Nearly Human'' Can also help you...
