there are products like Apple's BootCamp, VMWare Fusion and Parallels Desktop that allow to run the Windows operating system on a Mac, along with the Mac OS X operating system. Google for them and you should get an idea of how much do they cost (remember that you'll also have to buy a Windows license from Microsoft).
I have no actual experience using those products, so I cannot comment on how well MT4 runs on them... but those are the ones I hear mentioned the most. Again, try searching for them and Metatrader, you should be able to find someone else that has already tried them.
