    Default Australia’s inflation

This report, published by the Melbourne Institute, measures the average rate of consumer prices from the next twelve months, as expected by store owners. This report is a direct measure of the inflation expectations. An uptrend could mean rate hike.

A higher reading is considered positive for the Aussie, while a negative one could not be so good….
    Current: 2.8%
    Previous: 2.3%
