Why can I not ignore people

Hello everyone, easy question. However I can’t seem to figure out how to do this simple task.

Thanks in advance.

I have learned that we were given 2 ears and one mouth for a reason. We can’t learn anything when our lips are moving but can learn a lot by listening. There is a lot of advice given and there are many opinions stated. The trick is to be able to discern the good from the bad. There are usually multiple sources for the good and many times only one source for the bad. A little evidence to back up talk doesn’t hurt either.

Im going to answer you with a paragraph of a very interesting book a read (reminescense of a stock operator by Edwin Lefvre):

“…A man must believe in himself and his judgment if he ex
peas to make a living at this game. That is why I don’t believe
in tips. If I buy stocks on Smiths tip I must sell those same
stocks on Smith’s tip. I am depending on him. Suppose Smith is
away on a holiday when the selling time comes around? No, sir,
nobody can make big money on what someone else tells him to do.
I know from experience that nobody can give me a tip or a series
of tips that will make more money for me than my own judgment.
It took me five years to learn to play the game intelligently
enough to make big money when I was right…”

Thanks for your holier than thou reply, but I meant an ignore function for these forums.

You click the name of the user you want to ignore, then click view public profile. When the page loads you click ‘user lists’ and it’s there.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. No offense intended. Just giving an opinion.
