And people are getting scared and selling all stocks to get cash.
Isn’t that a bit like running towards the fire. …???
Selling does not necessarily mean everyone is going short it also means people are cashing out to cash in on profits while they still can. And yes others are selling stock predicting everyone cashing out no real sifferent than the forex martket or options markets called risk aversion. Others will see it differently I am sure thats just my take on the markets.
often by the time it takes to understand, the move is already complete and we would have missed out.
It really does not matter why, just to know when and where to enter a buy or a sell.
The rest is too much hard work.
selling doesnt mean they are selling to convert their investments to dollars it can mean they are taking their money out of investments they believe are likely to fail and moving their money to something safer
