I tried Martingale several times using different helping tools . Always had pitiful result. I am sure that some people trade Martingale and heard that some people are happy. But I believe until certain point. Maybe it would work if to close certain losses. But in general I am pessimistic.
I am not use martingale system now and ever trying once time but facing margin call account, so maybe this is not suitable for me which included as high risk strategy trading, that required big capital to start because in every step marti will increasing lot size
Martingale in its true sense doesn’t work because from a statistics point of view you are always going to get a sting of losses. As we know with Martingale, these losses [as a % of your account] grow exponentially as the ‘[I]sting of losses[/I]’ grows.
I believe Martingale was first used in Casinos around Roulette where you would simple double down on bets after a loss on a payout of 1:1
