Any operator that uses SPAM posts to promote their stuff is by my definition a scam, no matter how valid the material may look.
Notice also that on page 67 in adobe readers page count, the seller is developing an EA. Who knows if that will be free, maybe he's just trying to build up a customer base for it, doing this "charitable" stuff now...
I've seen too much crap like this, so I'll just label it scam. Period.
