I am aware that by subscribing to a specific thread I will get an email when its replied to. Can we please add a feature where if any one of my friends posts something, an email is sent to me? Your attention in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I think that's a great suggestion. In addition to subscribing to threads, an option to be notified when members post would be nice.

Yes, that's a really nice suggestion ... an email notification probably would not be very effective, because the buddy might already be offline again when the mail is being delivered, or one doesn't have his mail client open all day long, but a pop-up (similar to the one that notifies of an incoming PM) would be cool.

I think an email would be a better option since most of us have smartphones with email notification set up. The point is not to catch that person while they are online, the point is to receive an email notifying you that they have posted something on any thread, that way you don't miss any of their posts. Thanks for agreeing with the general idea though...

To clarify, you want to be able to subscribe to a specific person so that each time that person responds to a thread (even though you didn't subscribe to that specific thread), you still get notified?

My apologies for the super delayed response. I don't think this is possible at the moment. I will look into it though and see if this is a feature we can activate.

Thanks for looking into this. I have one more suggestion, would it be possible to have an option that can be toggled on and off, to be notified when people like your posts. An email notification specifying who liked your post would be cool. Thanks Again
