Possible problem with Reputation???

Very nice to hear from you.

That's my point. The 'reputation' I would imagine is to indicate to people whether or not someone actually knows (or should I say 'appears' to know) what they're talking about and this is especially valuable information for the new traders. Now I don't know but from where I sit I'm seeing a whole lot of members with 'outstanding' reputations but some of their posts are AT BEST misleading and if a new trader were to take the advice being posted based on the 'reputation' of THESE members??? Not good!!! The 'titles' being 'bestowed' upon based on the number of posts is at least 'controllable' by the administrators i.e. someone who is just posting for the sake of getting their 'title' 'bumpled' up' can be easily spotted and their posts deleted if necessary whereas the 'reputation' from what I can see really is a 'free for all'. I'm not going to lie to you: it WAS nice to be 'promoted' by my fellow traders but I'm SURE I will survive without it of NOT having it is going to keep things 'real'.

Hmm, I agree, I noticed I have a bunch of green bars by my name, was not sure what they meant until recently. No way I should have a full line of green bars...

The reputation bars and up & down thumbs are completely gone now. Have they been removed or are they just being worked on? Did I miss something?

I think the person leaving reputation should be identified.

That way STALKERS could be stopped.
