So, we're now 9 months down the line since this reputation niggle was first flagged up to Admin & still no further forward. It's obviously still not working.

It was supposedly passed across a couple times to those inept kids in the tech dept?! What's their excuse this time I wonder?

I don't know if it's because I'm a hard nosed s.o.b. or not, but IMHO I hope the administrators aren't paying for this site. If it was me paying I'd be on someones butt, HARD. I take pride in my personal site (which I don't pay for) and I get good results, but then again I do all the work. Now if I had to pay someone do do it, then that someone better get it done to my liking or I'd get someone else to do it, that simple, get it right or your fired. Like I said I'm a hard nose and I run my business like it. I don't want to sound like I'm telling anyone what to do but that is exactly what I would do, my business is my reputation and no employee or supplier would ruin it. This site is one of the best for novices and masters of this field and the best should be done to preserve it, anything less does it no justice, IMHO.

I very much doubt they're paying these characters. Jesus H, if they were on my books I'd have hoofed their ass on to the sidewalk on day 1.
