Cool to see this.

In light of the CFTC's recent control moves, how is Delta going to be viewing U.S. clients?

I looked over the spreads, and they are comparable to my current setups. I don't think the 50:1 leverage is going to affect me terribly, but it would be nice to have some offshore options.

Ive got problems with DT, whever i try to change chart interval i get .Net error. I sent to service desk but they havent repiled me yet. Can you please take a look or pass it to IT desk?

Please note that it crashes only for EUR/USD chart. It works for GBP/USD & GBP/JPY without any problems.


I have a question regarding placing orders.

a) When i place a limit order buy or sell and i setup all the detail. For exampl current price is eur/usd 1.2980o and i want to sell 10lots when it hits 1.3000. So i placed limit order sell and it was placed in the orders window. How do i add stop loss and take profit for this order?

It's almost easy when you place market order, because once it's executed you can add STOPLOSS/TAKE PROFIT orders. However once i place limit order then it's not too easy. Do i have to place another two orders one for sell and one for buy same pair? Should it be OCO?? I have your deltatrading instruction opened but i cannot figure it out.

My current broker make's it so easy to handle orders, but i find really difficult to place orders using DeltaTrading platform. Its something you should work on. Why dont you add SL and TP to the order window? It will be a huge difference and make life easier when you have possibility to setup everything at once.


Same question need to be asked for limit orders on L2 level? I placed limit buy orders but when it gets executed i want it to close automaticaly when price hits my TP or SL. Do i have to place another 2 orders with same position size or how do you handle this on L2 module?

Can you tell me what is the idea behind you charts not having M15 as major interval? Your platform supports M30 as major, but lets be honest ... M15 is what ppl use! I can choose it from extra but takes more time. Moreover it would be nice to have a button for m15.

I cannot get M15 charts from PT multistation and vendor claims its your API fault. Can you talk to the IT guys to check whats wrong with m15? And suggest them to set m15 as major interval... not an extra one.

ANother thing.

I compared m15 charts with my current broker and reuters extra 3000 and your charts are way different. I thought that my broker is scam but now it seems its not that bad... but your charts... different story. Why there is so huge difference? For example today between 2-4pm gmt there was hammer candle at 2:15 and then 4 big bullish candles whereas your chart shows 5 bullish candles. Then we have 2 bearish candles and your chart shows different openings and closing than two other charts.

I use m15 for entry time / close time so it's important for me to have proper chart. I believe this is caused by some kind of time settings for opening / closing candles. I also noticed that on your chart candles are drawn at following time frames:

2:05, 2:20, 2:35, 2:50....

can you explain me how to fix it or forward this to appropriate help desk team?
