Where will the EUR/USD pair go next?

What is your opinion about the direction of the world’s most traded currency – the EUR/USD pair? Will the pair break the 1.0520 strong support level to the downside? Does the political events in the U.S affect the direction of the euro?

In my opinion, probably only very slightly indeed, compared with the enormous impact of political/economic events in Europe - especially medium-term future ones.

In the really long run, I suspect the Euro’s in very serious trouble (as indeed it deserves to be) - almost regardless of the USD.

(Disclaimer: I know nothing about fundamentals and economics at all, compared with most serious traders. :8: )

On Wednesday, the EUR/USD pair slipped slightly above the 1.0520 strong support barrier which is the lower boundary of the weekly trading range with upper boundary the 1.1610 resistance level.

Italian referendum was the reason of the fresh 20-month low at 1.0505 on the EUR/USD pair.
