Well, I will tell you that I have made an Ichimoku EA... the problem is that for an EA to perform Ichimoku trades as you would manually the EA would be HUGE! I spent the better part of a month doing nothing but programming my EA... The results... it’s better to trade it manually! While I like to dabble in EAs... nothing can beat trading manually! In my opinion, there is just way too much for an EA to look at for an Ichimoku EA to function properly! When I say too much to look at... I mean that the trader needs to look at “the whole picture”, make judgment calls, assumptions... something that an EA is just not capable of... at least on this platform.
