Hot Forex Broker and EA's

Ok guys just sent the below email to Hot Forex, do you guys have any issues running EA's, seems on the demo account my EA is not trading between the set hours of 0900 - 1600, whereas on other brokers demo accounts it runs as it should.

Anyone else had this problem? Im just a little concerned about putting the EA live and it does not stop trading when it should.

Any advice would be welcome.

"Hi do you allow EA's running on hotforex to allow themselves to trade between certain times if they have limited themselves, for example i have an EA which is set to run only between 0900 - 1600 GMT, on AAAFX demo it runs fine, but on hotforex demo it trades at the wrong time, i have had 2 trades in the last 30 mins which should not of happened due to it only being allowed to trade between 0900 - 1600

My main concern is that the EA works fine on many other demo accounts. But on the Hot Forex account it does not trade during the time allowed. The issue appears to be with Hot Forex.


Do you allow EA's to trade during times they have set themselves for trading? and also if i put this EA on my live account will it do the same thing of trading outside of the allowed hours i have set on my EA.

Hey I dont know about other EAs but I've been using one for last couple of months and think it's working alright. I don't know whether I should stop it now because it's continuously given me profit for last 2 months. I dont want it to start losing.

What EA are you using ?

one thing i can say is that it worked ok for my eas EXEPT of the kangaroo, wich is my best bot right now. their currenex seems to have an awful price tick feed so sadly i dumped them last friday.
