Just got this email promoting the first-ever patented Forex robot by the name Forex Striker. The US Library of Congress official website indeed confirms it as registered: WebVoyage Record View 1 . The authors display the registration certificate on their site at Forex Striker - First Patented FX Robot in History . Any thoughts/opinions on this one?

Trying it out now. It trades very frequently. Almost like Martingale but it’s complexity in finding and following the trend is pretty good. I grabbed a copy at Forex Striker - History’s 1st Patented Trade Robot after reading up on an official review of it from off of WebWire - Forex Striker Review: Changing Your Winnings: The Future in Trade.
We’ll see how it goes. It would help it we can get a couple more testers on this turkey.

If you look at backtest results, it doesn’t seem to trade much near the end of the month (like MD). It also seems to sit out the early part of a lot of months so we may not see som trades for a while. I’m preparing some tick data to do some backtests, I’ll post results when I have them.

I received an email regarding this product as well. Unfortunately, this product is not patented as claimed, it is copyrighted. Patents and copyrights are two entirely different things. The registration certificate on their website is for a copyright, not a patent.
In my humble opinion any company or individual that falsely advertises its product as, “History’s 1st PATENTED Trading Robot”, is not to be trusted. At this point there really is no telling what other information about the product has been misrepresented.
