You are quoting 3 completly different brokers type. Alpari is based in UK so has to follow tighter rules & regulations. FXpro is registered in Cyprus so is still obligated to follow specific trading rules. Exness was launched in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, so thats why they can offer things other brokers cant, for example 1:1000 leverage or no limitations with CFD.
I am using both Alpari NZ and Exness and they both are good. I am using PAMM in AlpariNZ and is doing well as well.
