Hotspot vs EFX (MBT)

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these ECNs, or both. If so, which is best? Any insights appreciated…

Like most undercapitalised newcomers, my pockets are much like the lyrics to an ACDC track - not very deep at all.

Could you tell me how they compare in terms of customer service?

I know Hotspots non-institutional entry level used to be $7.5k.
