I’m currently y looking for my next broker and IB is one of my favorites so far but before signing up, I would like to know if anyone has some opinions/ feedback to provide regarding their spreads during news such as NFP for example. News trading is a important part of my trading strategy and I would be grateful if anyone was willing to share their experience

News Trading better not be an important part of your trading. Your broker will frown at you for this. You new traders always look for the easy way out.
I think for news trading, you need to look for fast execution, low costs (spreads/commissions) and minimal slippage. Slippage you will always get as its the nature of the market but technology used by brokers can limit slippage as well as the number of Lps they use. This is what I believe at least
