DYOR is an acronym for “Do Your Own Research“.
DYOR is defined as the process of doing your own damn research before putting your money at risk.
Saying “DYOR” is just a more sophisticated and elegant way of saying, “Do your proper due diligence.”
Any advice should never be taken at face value. Unless it’s from your mom. But even then. Still doesn’t hurt to DYOR.
It’s a common mantra used frequently across the cryptocurrency community., but it’s as useful, if not even more useful when choosing your spouse.
