Here's a swing trade for you. As of right now, I am buying Euro/USD on the way down. Use good mm because my swing trades I buy very very little at a time and my overall long term outlook is down for Euro.
Well that so called swing trade is over. I couldn't even make it to 4pm est for the +swap. I was up very nice on all orders and closed them out. I might jump back in again if we get another fall. Right now I am placing longs on the guppy every 50 pips down. I just placed my first trade. It is a little early in my opinion, but that is the risk that I take.

Thanks for that post, I joined you in longing the euro, grabbed a quick 20 pips which was all I was after. I like to come & go before they know I am there

I'm with you buying G-Y on the way down, every 50 pips sounds good. I think it is headed to the 203's .. but not really me thinking that, I follow Jebatfx's posts in the G-Y thread.

Mytwopips,
I'm curious on why you think the G/J is going up soon.

I think she has more room to go down more. I just wanted to start my series of trades off early in case a nice surprise pop up.

How I judge the swings of G/J is take the 15m chart and zoom all the way out (you won't even be able to see candles). Then plot a 200 ema and 50 ema. Then on the close up (normal chart) 15m chart plot a 5 and 10 sma.

Buy small is the key. It keeps your head clear.

Wow... that surprise pop I was talking about just happened. I closed my one and only G/J trade and three U/J trades.

Default Which pair?

I was tossing between long U/J and long G/J yesterday, ended up with U/J because of the lower spread, but the result would have been better if I went with G/J...anyways just thinking out loud.
