Default Fast Stochastic settings

I've seen where using the slow stochastics can help keep a good trade going or a warning to exit. But I want to know if anyone is using the fast stochastics for an entry or exit point and what their settings are.Currently I'm using 10,3,3, [as suggested by another babypips.com subscriber] on the slow stochastic. Thanks for any feedback you can offer.
