forex market sessions behavior question.

I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the major market sessions to trade. I know that the asian session is prone to range or confluence trading and rarely breaks to new highs or new lows. How about the london or New york sessions? What is their behavior?

I've read that the asian kill zone is 6pm to 10pm EST. How about for the other sessions?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I like to think of Asian session as where smart money is accumulating its positions for the day.
