I’m completely new to trading, yet to have a live account. I’m currently reading a book from Harvey Walsh, I google searched him and found that some people say he’s a scam.
Any of you tried his set ups & strategies to prove otherwise?
I’ve never heard of him. The only way to see if his strategies work is to backtest them and see what happens - and it can only be a scam if he’s trying to get more money from you.
There are many excellent books with differing strategies out there to get you started, so if you’re suspicious of this guys system or can’t make it work on a demo account, just move onto something else. If you want a reading list, just ask!
If you are new, don’t depend on specific persons. Try to get the basic knowledge by going through Babypips school. I think that’s the best thing to do at this stage.
