Do you only trade NY or will you work the night shift and stay up for London?
As far as I know most Americans like to trade NY.
I am also trade NY.
Even though I’m sometimes up for the European session, I find the best opportunities are during the european/US overlap. I think there are probably on average 1 or 2 good setups each session, so I tend to only trade during that time.
For guys on the East Coast, the later half of 4am to 4Pm EST works perfectly.
