My current broker has a daily close 7hours after the NY close (GMT-4). I personally prefer trading the NY close daily candles (GMT+3).
I would like to check if anyone else has experience with opening orders with your current broker while looking at charts from another broker with a different timezone for confirmation and entry?
Most of the traders who trade multiple accounts will have charts from several brokers and data providers up. Of course any charts with IEX as the data provider have the first priority.
Could you elaborate a little about IEX and how it works?
Thing is my trades are not done an an account with their charts I see, but seeing charts on another broker and placing orders with mine, where the charts may look different (candlesticks. High lows only have some slightly discrepancies)
For me did not work very well because, when I saw my signal in one broker the price was different in the other one, sometimes with a big difference in price and in spread.
