Hi, I was on the winning side of the SNB move but my broker only honoured 10% of the trade, my broker claims their liquidity provider is the reason for this, they say they have been trying to get me the money but I heard back today its pretty much not happening.
I have spoken to the ASIC and financial Ombudsman Services in Australia, they have both told me to lodge a complaint against my broker but I can only lodge a complaint with one of them, does anybody on here know which is more likely to help me get my cash?
