Are Futures traded in a different manner than Forex? I’ve seen someone trade Golf future and it was different to the Gold I traded on MT4.
Is it more lucrative to trade Futures?

MT4 is a platform used by a broker to allow you to trade with him, he will offer you a price to either buy or sell via that platform.
The actual instrument that he offers will vary between brokers, it can be anything from a current ‘cash’ price on a fx cross (sometimes they call it the daily cash price) or it could be ‘gold’, or it could be XAU/USD.
Then many of the brokers will offer a price on the futures markets, these can be the same instruments as per the ‘cash dailies’ , the difference is that prices being quoted is to reflect contracts being traded on an exchange.
