If you look at the USDxxx graph, you'll notice that it looks just like the graph of the overall US indexes, I don't know if you have looked at this yet, but it is pretty much the exact same.
Nope, its just an old idea I have been working with for a long time. Its somewhere from the middle of this thread.

Wow really? It looks like graph of the overall US indexes? Show me =>

I will put research and work into this as priority #1 now. I've always thought of it in this manner, but never as properly detailed as this one.

    Yup doing awesome.

Not yet. However, I have finalized my deadline is end of this year. No more changes! Enough is enough. This was the original plan anyway; kind of saw it coming since this particular deadline is set 2-3 years ago.

So since I have 5 to 6 months 'left', interesting things are being set in motion. Quite of without me doing anything, so just going with the flow. Nothing directly to do with trading, but 'preparing for a different life'. Its already happening. This includes :

    - Not to be feeling guilty about such changes in life, its life! Don't fret! (most impt!)
    - Meeting and networking with people who are self employed / living that kind of different life (I am no longer afraid to meet new people => )
    - Tying up loose ends with people who do watch out for me, before I 'leave' (to avoid misunderstandings as much as I can, they are not out of the matrix yet)
    - Moving out and talking to my family about it (they are cool with it as far as I've spoken to them)
    - Goal resetting (yes, resetting, not setting!) and dream visualization

    I am loving it.

This one is the nasdaq tracker etf, $QQQ. ITs not exactly the same, but I think you can pick out the similarities between the chart you posted of USDXXX. If I had to guess, I would hypothesize that the currency actually moves with the indexes pretty steadily, and that the isolated dollar chart you posted is a bit skewed from deriving the value in a relative sense.

But I am just guessing, I don't even know if I fully understand how you isolated those, but I will have to take a deeper look when I have some more time.

Congrats on the move to full-time man. I hope it goes well, I'm still in the demoing and research phase so I haven't even gone part-time yet. lol

EDIT: forgot the chart, here it is

Interesting. I am very surprised myself with your finding. Is there anyway I can see this instrument with its volume? The volume, either contractual or tick will do. Pretty impt as volume = activity.

Glad I had some earlier profit from the last 2 trades (short 20++ and long 40++) to back me up. Whew.

FAST FAST FAST. Watching this position like a hawk. Don't try this unless you are VERY SURE.
