Cowabunga system MT4 indicator

Using the latest indicators and templates, yet I missed the trade today. Did anyone else get it? if so any suggestions on what I may have wrong?

Thank you. I found Metatrader on several websites out there that then began to wonder which place would be the correct one to download it from.

Does Metatrader let you specify the time you want the 4hr candles to start, so that they match with the opening of a particular session, like London's?

shrude it is exasperating, i have been trying to get an answer to that very question. i have even asked 'pip my system' to send me his cowabunga indicator and set up.

Cant see how you missed it if you interpreted the 4H stoch correctly (which I missed in real time) charts attached

Cowabunga any pair v3 has been removed from this thread due to glitches in the code.

The rules in the indicator for the 4H trend state: "Stoch above signal line" where according to the Cowabunga rules it should be: "Stoch heading up". Also if the trend change rules are not met, the previous trend continues so that the trend is either up or down.

Anyhow, I've modified the latest Cowabunga template which matches BigPippins 4H trends (for the current year at least) and most importantly catches more of his trades!

i got the v3 file put it in the metaeditor complied it and restarted the mt4 but nothing is in the indicators list what do i do next? to get the indicator on the charts

Hello,

Please excuse me for asking this very basic question about Metatrader. I am completely new to this system and just learning how to work with it. It's not quite the same as the software I've been using.

Once you have a chart with indicators on it, what do you do to see the value of those indicators and the OHLC levels of a particular candle? I've tried several things with no success.

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Thanks, pipfishin. I see it now ... for indicators only though. Is there a way to know the Open, Close, High, Low of a candle with the click of a botton or selection of a "properties" type of option?
