Live Account Login Help

Hello Jason,

I have been demo trading for several months and decided to deposit additional funds into my live account today. However, I was unable to login to my live account to complete this action. Additionally, I seem to be unable to pm you. What is the best method to contact you in order to keep from posting my account info in the public forum? Thank you for your time.

I think the reason you could not send me a private message is because you are still new to BabyPips and the forum has restrictions on new users sending PMs.

If you ever forget your password, you should be able to reset it by going to MyFXCM.com and if that does not work, you can contact our live customer support 24 hours a day.
