    Default What happened on Jan.4?

What happened to this pair on Jan.4 14:00 to Jan. 5 20:00 (+2 gmt)? I havn't seen any news that could result such fall, and it doesn't usually act like that without news. Luckily my windows crashed at that time and i didn't have any other computer near me. I would get a fat loss...

Large price movement is not always dictated by news.

Scale back to a daily chart. Draw a horizontal line on the high of either Jan. 3 or Jan. 4. Then plot a 200 EMA on the chart. Price had to battle through a line of resistance as well as the 200 EMA. In this case, there just weren't enough bulls to take on that action.

i understand that. but usually it doesn't make such sharp falls without news... i've been studing that pair for some time already and feel very comfortable with it. it would have grow 50-60 % of the fall at least once. that's some anamoly there
