has anyone heard of a broker company in the uk called capital index if so any background to this company please
I’ve heard of them, and heard some [I]dreadful[/I] things about their customer service, but can offer no first-hand experience of dealing with them.
They’re Cyprus-based (to many people, that’s something of a red flag in itself), but their UK branch is apparently FCA-regulated.
I advise you to research carefully, and particularly to look around online for complaints about their customer service, and my guess is that you’ll find many. It’s true that all brokerages have some online complaints, but one needs to try to form an impression, and when a really [I]small[/I] firm evidently has a [I]lot[/I] of complaints, one might be quite put off by that?
