Forex has some wonderful charting software available and mostly free by opening a demo account; does anyone know of some really good charting software for stocks that is free as well? As I am learning more and more about Forex and price action, candlesticks, how the markets work, etc I have been seeing more and more of how the same knowledge can be incorporated into my stock trading. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I had the same dilemma until I found GFT, their Dealbook360 application (which is free) has indices and equities and the charting side of the software is very good.

Stock typically takes the form of shares of either common stock or preferred stock. As a unit of ownership, common stock typically carries voting rights that can be exercised in corporate decisions.
