I played for a living for about 18 months, then in 2006 a combination of a family medical situation and UIGEA made me go and get a "real" job. I live in Las Vegas so I still go out and play every now and then.

I've been playing poker for a little over twenty years now. I've maintained my edge fairly consistently.

Variance is a killer in Poker. Makes forex seem like a cake walk. You have my respect.

I've been playing online poker with real money since I was 14-15. But I was never really that good. I ended spending the last couple of years practising my card counting and hitting the house instead on the high limit blackjack tables.
