The way I see it, life's too short to take every fight. You've certainly done more than can be requested of you.
My advice is to walk away, knowing that you're right. A verbal war cannot be won against someone prepared to scream louder and with more profanity.

You have publicly warned against Skalpist and his pawns, no more can be done now.

Only the greater man can walk away as you know, so I suggest that you do that.

Like I said before, you're most welcome over to the threads where sensible people like Clint, Mastergunner, Andre Mayer, Phil and JohnnyKanoo and many others hang out.

I visited a thread called "low point" and ThePhoenix is blasting everybody over there. He's not the man I thought he was in the past. I received an email last night from Danny which was to his "IS Session Members" which I was never a member but a disgruntled member gave me the site at mIRC and asked me to visit. Danny sends out emails from that list and that's how my name got on his list. He sending out lies about me and this usually gets me a little more then upset. Hence my long post.

Someone in the thread, already at the beginning, pointed out that this Danny person was a known scammer that had been involved in real estate scams. That was a huge warning sign to me, but apparently went unnoticed by most.
These kind of people come and go, that's just how it is. I wish that BP admin would have locked that thread with an explanatory admin post at the beginning and end, and then they should have made it sticky as a superb lesson in how difficult scammers can be to demask.

You are most welcome over to some of the serious threads. May I recommend a look at Technical Templates 2, if you haven't been by there? That thread is in my top 3 of all threads here as it's truly run by institutional traders.

Yes I noticed that it's gone.

To be honest I was more or less expecting this to happen. Although the method of using a basket to spread risk is fine, the rest of his system was less clever. I tried saying this, but as critics weren't welcome on the thread, much because of ThePhoenix status as defender, I chose to stay away from the whole thing after a while.
If you'll read through ThePhoenix posts carefully from back when he came here, you'll see signs of a big ego and know-it-all attitude. He was either suckered in along, or he was in on it. No idea which.
Big kudos to you for not leaving the thread alone when both I and Phil decided we weren't welcome and also that continuing questioning was too difficult with a (previously) respected member like ThePhoenix aggressively defending it.

Hi o990l6mh,

Did you notice the thread "450 pips in two days" has been shut down. What a soap opera that thing was. I was just stating to have fun. I was trying not to get kicked off so I could warn the newbies coming to the slaughter. Only a few took my advice. The rest got slaughtered thanks to boyfx, JAWPIP and ThePhoenix herding them for Danny. It turns out Danny was lying on everything. He evidently has run scams before. I was late getting on the site this morning and missed reading the last page of posts before it was shut down and the screen went blank. I'm not surprised as he showed he couldn't trade. He blocked me from commenting to the other traders on two out of the three I watched. I watched as dozens of newbies lost their money. That SOB ThePhoenix stood by and watched and didn't say an effen word. So much for his posts of lies about the stops never being hit and the group protecting the new traders from ever losing all their money.
