What is a trading journal supposed to look like? Does anybody have a template or something

A trading journal can be anything. You can make it as detailed as you want. Remember, the purpose of it is for you to have a way where you can monitor yourself and make any adjustments if necessary.
You’ll want to write about your trades, why you took them and how you felt during the trade. Write about your exits. Why did you exit? How did it make you feel? Doing this on a daily basis will help you analyze your strengths and weaknesses as a trader. Plus its fun to look back down the road at how you used to trade like a madman and how you would never do that now…(*Not speaking from personal experience or anything )
