Long-term.

Trading commodities intra-day is just asking to get burned. But that's just my opinion.

True, if you do not know what you are doing.

My trading account that I have used to trade forex, gold, oil and silver is already up 90% this year. I always close my trades within 3 days. Details of all my trades are in my website.
