Hi everyone I'm a newbie in Forex I wanted to know which leverage should I use for the start???

It's all about overall money management. I personally have leverage of 100:1. It works for me as my overall risk is only 2% of my bankroll. If you're using leverage to capture a larger portion of the market without heed to what the full risk is, that's when it gets dangerous.

Leverage can be your best friend, or your bitter ex wife who's now screwing your best friend, neighbor, and the mailman. Not that I would know anything about that.
