My routine...

On the weekend, I spend a good few hours looking at the charts (I use purely technical analysis) to figure out what trades I want to place when the market opens. 6 pm Sunday when the market opens, I place these trades.

During the week I will check how my pairs are doing in the morning for approximately half an hour around 7 am (see how much I've made or lost, quickly check if the trend will continue, etc. When I come home from work, I'm checking periodically from 5 pm until around 10 pm.

I do very few trades though, typically between 6 to 10 per week.

I more or less would like to stick with technical analysis too. Just about everything I've read says both is needed, but once I started reading through some older threads here, I see there are some traders who use technical only, and it seems to be working out just fine for them. I am reading all I can find on charting. Thanks for answering.

Above comment truly is a nonsensical babble of an insane, uninformed,
non-winning trader. Care to make some sense?
I mean everyone has losing days from sometime or another I think that five percent are the ones that do 1 trade and thats it. When I started out I was swing trading and losing daily. My first six months I may have had a profitable week. Technical trading is what I found to be the only way to keep making money. I was saying that from what I know.

So do you have a daily routine of sites and such to read before you begin trading? Thanks for answering.
The goverments is the central banks Soros didnt hit a bill from traders. Banks dont really like scalpers because its like they dont have a fair shot back at their money. Like winning a big poker hand and leaving.

Disagreeing with another's point of view is one thing, but referring to it as "useless", "babble", "crap" or "nonsensical garbage" is taking too much liberty. There are a few people that have emerged on this forum as individuals who are disdainful of just about every post expressing a thought that is not their own. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with any single post; merely pointing out that language such as that used above is borderline abusive and is not in line with the spirit of this forum and is not constructive. Reported.
