Default trading times???

OK, so it really is amazing how fast someone can pick up on this stuff.... ive been getting better at profiting on my trades and understanding the charts pretty well..ive learned i like scalping, so my guestion is, what pairs should i be paying attention to as the day goes by?? .. any feedback/info is appreciated.
